South Carolina Administrative and Regulatory Law Association (SCAARLA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering the development of Administrative Law and improving the administrative justice system in South Carolina. Through its educational initiatives, SCAARLA offers commissioners, hearing officers, attorneys, certified public accountants, judges, public officials and others a forum for the exchange of ideas and opinions on administrative law issues and promotes uniformity in administrative procedures throughout South Carolina.
